General Safety Regulations

Section 3(i) provides that in collaboration with relevant agencies of government, ISPON should regulate the practice of safety management in Nigeria. Pursuant to this provision, it is the duty of ISPON to collaborate with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations made by the Institute, policies, guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
